We are looking for a proactiveHSE Officer who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and wants to raise the bar inHSE excellence across our projects in the Nordics.


Your Role

As our HSE Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and well-organized construction sites. You will support project teams, reduce risks, and actively promote a positive and proactive safety culture — not just enforce rules.


Key Responsibilities

Risk Management & Incident Handling

  • Prepare and maintain RAMS (method statements and risk assessments)

  • Conduct regular risk reviews and update HSE manuals and guidelines

  • Perform site audits, inspections, and follow-ups

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions

Compliance & Regulations

  • Ensure compliance with Nordic HSE legislation and industry best practices

  • Support projects in meeting client, legal, and international HSE requirements

Training & Safety Culture

  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions

  • Promote awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives

  • Ensure correct use and availability of PPE

  • Monitor and maintain First Aid equipment

Reporting & Improvement

  • Monitor and report HSE KPIs

  • Liaise with authorities during inspections and audits

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or recognised qualification in Occupational Health & Safety

  • Minimum 3 years’ HSE experience on construction sites
    (Data Centre project experience is a strong advantage)

  • Fluent English (Portuguese or Polish is a plus)

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

  • Confident trainer with the ability to influence safety behaviour

  • Solid digital skills (Microsoft 365, Teams, reporting tools)

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
