Job Purpose

Ensure compliance with EGA Requirements , ADOSH-SF  and UAE HSE legislation while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance withEGA HSE standards and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct daily HSE inspections and enforce site HSE compliance.
• Verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and monitor compliance with approved permits.
• Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and other documentations such
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and HSE training.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare  weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain relevant HSE records.
• Conduct emergency drills and support emergency preparedness activities.
• Monitor environmental compliance and identify potential environmental risks.
• Coordinate with theClient, Consultant, EGA, subcontractors, and project management on HSE matters.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Intervene andstop unsafe work where an immediate risk to personnel, property, or the environment is identified.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in project HSE performance.

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• ValidEGA Approved EHS Representative certification/approval.
• ValidEGA Approved Train the Trainer certification/approval.
• Knowledge ofEGA HSE requirements, EGA Green Book and site safety standards..
• Knowledge ofEGA HSE requirements and site safety standards.
• Knowledge ofADOSH-SF, AD Ports/DMT HSE standards, and ITC requirements.
• Minimum3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree inScience / Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office.
