ABOUT THE ROLE

At Netenders, we are looking for a proactive and driven Headhunter Freelancer to help source and approach candidates in the areas of IT & Tech, Digital Marketing, and Sales & Business Development.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top talent through our recruitment process to present qualified candidates to our teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Conduct initial screening interviews.

• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation.

• Present a shortlist of relevant profiles to our teams.

• Follow candidates throughout the recruitment process.

WHAT WE NEED

• Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.

• Ability to recruit international candidates.

• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Professional fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 💰25€/hour

• 🚀 A success fee equal to 5% of each candidate's annual gross salary.

This freelance collaboration may involve several recruitment assignments throughout the year.
