• Definesubsystem requirements and monitor their implementation.
• Manage and coordinatesuppliers, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
• SupportSafety, Certification, RAMT and other transversal engineering activities.
• Contribute to theOverall Equipment List (OEL) and overall GCS performance.
• Coordinate requirements and design witharchitects, engineering disciplines and partner companies.
• Supporttechnical assessments, integration and verification activities.
• Maintain contact with thecustomer to refine operational expectations and requirements.
• Document and communicate complex technical topics in a clear and structured way.

• Master's degree inElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT/Information Systems, Aerospace & Defence or Project Management.
• Knowledge ofSystems Engineering standards, particularlyARP4754A and INCOSE.
• DOORS and Cameo experience is mandatory;Simulink is required.
• Experience withSCADE and/or ICDMS is a plus.
• Understanding ofmilitary environments and processes is desirable.
• FluentEnglish; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to work in aninternational and multidisciplinary team.
• Ü2 Security Clearance is required.
