Job Overview
Under the direction of the Installation Manager, theGraphics Installer is responsible for installing high-qualitylarge-format graphics, signage, and visual displays produced by our production team. We are seeking an experienced installer with at least2–3 years of hands-on installation experience to join our professional installation team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install all types oflarge-format graphics, signage, and visual displays efficiently and accurately
- Perform on-site installation ofvehicle wraps, bus graphics, fleet graphics, retail signage, and architectural films
- Conductsite surveys and assess installation surfaces to determine proper prep and installation methods
- Remove existing vinyl and prepare surfaces for new graphic applications
- Inspect all projects before and after installation to ensurequality standards are met
- Communicate clearly with theinstallation team and project managers regarding on-site issues or adjustments
- Provideon-site client communication and customer service support when needed
- Travel to variousclient locations across the Northeast region and other states as required
- Submit completion updates and installation approvals via email or reporting systems
- Support installation consulting and technical recommendations during site visits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of2–3 years of experience in graphics installation, sign installation, vinyl application, or related field
- Strong understanding ofsign production, fabrication, and installation methods
- Ability to safely operate basicinstallation tools and equipment
- Experience withlarge-format graphics, vehicle wraps, and commercial signage installation strongly preferred
- Excellentcustomer service and on-site communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment toinstallation quality and precision
- Ability to workflexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel forregional and out-of-state installation projects
