Position Overview:

As aService Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, service teams, and dealerships inGerman- and Lithuanian-speaking regions. Your role will be to manage service requests, ensure seamless communication, and coordinate repair and maintenance appointments. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

This is ahybrid role, allowing you the flexibility of working2 days in the office in Ghent and3 days remotely, providing an ideal balance between teamwork and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact forGerman- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, responding to service inquiries, scheduling maintenance, and handling complaints.
• Coordinate service appointments and repairs, liaising between customers and dealerships.
• Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders, including customers, technical teams, and service departments.
• Track and manage the status ofservice requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Keep customers informed of the progress of their service requests.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and services performed in our CRM system.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing feedback and suggestions with internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and Lithuanian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience incustomer service, service coordination, or a related role is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and solving problems efficiently.
• A background or interest in theautomotive industry is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency withCRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
