German and Czech Speaking Service Coordinator

Job Overview:

As aService Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customers, dealerships, and service teams. Your primary responsibility is to manage customer service inquiries and requests fromGerman- and Czech-speaking markets. You will coordinate services, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

This is ahybrid position, offering the benefit of2 days in the office in Ghent and3 days working remotely, providing you with the flexibility to balance professional and personal life while still fostering team collaboration and in-office support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as theprimary point of contact for customers from German- and Czech-speaking regions, handling service inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.
• Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers, technical teams, and service departments.
• Manage and track theservice workflow, ensuring all requests are logged, updated, and completed within the set timelines.
• Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with the services provided.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback from customer interactions to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience incustomer service, service coordination, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience or interest in theautomotive industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency inCRM systems and basic software tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
