General Laborer

We are seeking an experiencedGeneral Laborer for ongoing construction work in the Pacific Palisades area. This role is hands-on and requires prior experience with foundation-related tasks, demolition, and site prep. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist withfoundation work and site preparation
• Performdig-out work for plumbing and underground utilities
• Remove and reset pavers as needed
• Conductdemolition work, including concrete and structural removal
• Remove and re-post fence lines, ensuring proper alignment and stability
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions

• Prior experience ingeneral labor / construction, specifically foundation and demo work
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Experience with hand tools and basic power tools
• Dependable transportation to job site in Pacific Palisades
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience working around plumbing trenches
• Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or grading work
• OSHA 10 certification

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
