We are seekingthreePediatric Advanced Practice Cliniciansto joinourVirtual Practice Support and Extended Caremultisite practice.Clinicians are expected to live in the greater Charlotte, NC, area, one of the fastest growingareas in the country.
Position Details:
Virtual Practice Support (VPS):The APP team will be affiliated withmultiple “brick and mortar” practices, becoming an extension of those clinicians. Providing inbox coverage for clinicians who are out of office, managing refill requests, performing virtual visits andeVisits, and taking care of chronic conditions during the day, the APPwill “support” their affiliated practice colleagues to truly disconnect when they are not in office,maintaining seamless care to patients and families. Thispractice is staffed byAdvanced Practice Clinicians, supported by the physician team.These APPS may also provide in-office visits as coverage for providersout of the office.

Extended Care (EC):IN the evenings and on weekends,APPs will transition to providing shared IN-PERSON after-hours care7 days a week.Theteamwill therefore be able to have a mix of both virtual/remote and direct patient care. The Extended Care location will be open from 5-8pm M-F and9a-5p on Sat and Sun.

The APPis providing a mix of virtual/remote and in-person care, allowing that clinician tomaintain physical exam skills, develop new virtual skills, and enjoythe direct interaction with children and families.
