Frontend Software Developer - React (m/f/d)

Purpose

We are looking for a Frontend Developer/Engineer to join the team behind Charisma and help build fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences for a solution supporting complex operational and rollout processes.

You will work on modern React applications and Bryntum-based user interfaces, with a strong focus on usability, performance, maintainability, and quality. Beyond delivering new functionality, you will have the opportunity to improve existing production applications, strengthen frontend architecture, and expand test automation.

You will work closely with backend engineers, quality engineers, and business experts in an agile delivery environment, turning real business requirements into effective user-facing solutions.                  

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Build and continuously improve modern frontend applications usingReact and TypeScript
• Develop user interfaces usingJavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI
• Build and enhanceBryntum-based interfaces and components
• Turn new business requirements into intuitive and maintainable frontend functionality
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services usingREST APIs and WebSockets
• Work withReact Hooks, React Router, Redux, and Redux Toolkit
• Applycomponent-based architecture, state management, clean code principles, and design patterns
• Improve application responsiveness, accessibility, and overall frontend performance
• Contribute toMicro Frontend architectures
• Build and maintain automated frontend and UI tests usingReact Testing Library, Cypress, and Playwright
• ApplyTest-Driven Development practices where appropriate
• Work withGit, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in collaborative code reviews following the two-eyes principle
• Work in an agile environment usingScrum, Kanban, or LeSS
• Contribute to the stabilization of the production solution and support further rollout activities

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Strong hands-on experience withReact

• Experience withfrontend performance optimization
• Understanding ofMicro Frontend architectures
• Experience with frontend testing and test automation using technologies such asReact Testing Library, Cypress, and Playwright
• Understanding ofTest-Driven Development
• Practical experience withGit, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Experience working in agile development environments and withJira
• And you speak English at a minimum B2 level.

Salary

Final salary isnegotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2000€ /brutto.
