We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team in a French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process vehicle rental reservations for French-speaking clients across the tourism market.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle options, insurance coverage, and travel logistics to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding rental agreements, booking modifications, and post-rental support with absolute professionalism.
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure vehicle availability and seamless pick-up/drop-off processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving travel-related issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Promote additional tourism-related services and upgrades to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately within the company database to maintain high service standards

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or car rental industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping people travel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment in Sofia.
