Freelance TalentSourcer — Ukraine 

Talentuch is an international recruitment agency. We find IT, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, engineering, sales, marketing, and management professionals for companies in the US, Canada, Europe, and other regions. 

We are looking for a freelance Talent Sourcer based in Ukraine. This is a part-time opportunity. We do not guarantee a fixed number of interviews or working hours. 

Responsibilities 

• Find candidates for open positions assigned by Talentuch. 
• Contact candidates and check their interest, availability, and basic match with the position. 
• Schedule candidates using the interviewers’ available calendar slots. 
• Follow up with candidates and help make sure they attend the interview. 
• Update candidate information in the ATS. 
• Watch the interview recording and prepare a candidate summary. 

What You Do Not Need to Do 

• You do not conduct candidate interviews. 
• You do not send or present candidates to clients. 
• You do not communicate with clients. 
• You do not negotiate job offers. 

Talentuch’s interviewers conduct the interviews. Our delivery team decides which candidates to send to clients. 

Payment 

• $20 for each completed interview for junior and mid-level positions. 
• $30 for each completed interview for Director-level and higher positions. 
• There is no fixed monthly salary. 
• We do not guarantee a minimum number of interviews. 
• We do not pay for cancelled interviews, incomplete interviews, or candidate no-shows. 
• Payments are made monthly through Payoneer. 

We pay for an interview when: 

• The candidate was found for an open position assigned by Talentuch. 
• The candidate meets the basic requirements of the position. 
• The candidate attends and completes the interview. 
• The candidate’s information and interview summary are added to the ATS.

Requirements 

• You must be based in Ukraine. 
• Intermediate or higher written English. 
• Good online research and written communication skills. 
• Good organization and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work with calendars, spreadsheets, an ATS, and sourcing platforms. 

You can apply without previous work experience if you have completed a recruiting or sourcing course and can provide a valid certificate. 

A certificate is not required if you already have sourcing or recruitment experience.
