Position Summary

CBTS is seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalFinancial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within a technology and professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Prepare and analyzefinancial models, variance analyses, and trend reports
• Develop and maintainmanagement reporting for leadership, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Analyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and utilization related toprofessional services, managed services, and recurring revenue models
• Partner with business leaders to evaluatenew initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Preparemonth-end close activities, including accruals, revenue analysis, and expense tracking
• Performad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
• Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience infinancial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Strong proficiency inExcel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience preparing and interpretingfinancial statements and performance metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aprofessional services organization
• Proven track record of managing full P&L statements, with a deep understanding of accounting forStaff Augmentation business
• Experience withproject-based services, and utilization-based models

·      Proficiency with financial systems and BI tools such asSalesforce, OneStream, Power BI or similar

 Salary $55,000-$70,000

The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate’s designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual’s experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales‑based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
