AsFinance Manager at Locinox, you will take on akey position within the organization and beend-to-end responsible for the financial closing and reporting of Locinox Belgium, the US, and other entities.

You are not only a coach and sparring partner for the team, but also a hands-on professional who remainsactively involved in the financial operations of the organization and ensures that financial processes are efficient, accurate, and future-proof.

Your responsibilities

• You take final responsibility for themonthly andannual closing processes and actively contribute to them yourself.
• You prepare and analyze the monthlymanagement reporting and act as a business partner for management and other departments.
• You coordinate thebudgeting process in close collaboration with our COO, analyze financial results (P&L), and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations to support the business.
• You monitor the financial health of the various entities, preparecash flow planning, and managetreasury activities.
• You are responsible for preparingannual accounts and financial reports and act as the primary point of contact for auditors and external partners.
• You closely monitor tax legislation and prepare the necessarytax returns.
• You play an active role in setting up and improving financial structures and processes, implement efficientreporting tools andworkflows, and contribute to the further professionalization of finance within a growing SME environment.

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive and proven experience infinance management.
• Strong knowledge oftaxationandtax regulations.
• An interest in and/or experience withAI applications within finance, combined with the ambition to pragmatically leverage them to optimize processes.
• Ahands-on mindset and willingness to remainoperationally involved.
• The ability to work highly independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and asolution-oriented mindset.
