What You Will Do
- Partner with finance and commercial leaders to understand evolving business priorities andtranslate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decisions.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting,adapting priorities to meet changing business needs and tight deadlines.
- Support month-end close, forecasting cycles, annual budgets, and strategic planning activities while maintaining ahigh standard of financial accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, andpresent concise financial narratives that enable leadership teams to take action.
- Challenge assumptions through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and independent commercial insight, helping leaders evaluate business decisions and investment opportunities.
- Manage reporting and analysis for bonus and commission programs, ensuringdata integrity, accurate accruals, and meaningful performance insights across the business.
- Build trusted partnerships across finance and operational teams byproactively identifying issues, responding to stakeholder needs, and driving solutions that support business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analytical processes, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and decision-making capability.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification completed or currently in progress.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, management accounting, or a related finance function.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis of large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence platform for reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes in a corporate environment.
- Experience preparing financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial or operational decision-making.
