Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Bad Honnef suchen wir dich als Fachkraft Fertigmontage (m/w/d). Am Standort werden große Leistungs-, Industrie- und Phasenschiebertransformatoren für die Energiewende gefertigt. Sie bringen Energie dorthin, wo sie gebraucht wird - in Ladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge, Städte, Krankenhäuser, Unternehmen und viele mehr.

Unsere Produkte entstehen durch präzise Handarbeit und höchste Qualitätsansprüche. Dafür brauchen wir geschickte Hände, verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Abläufe einzuarbeiten.

DeinVerantwortungsbereich

• Du bereitestTransformatorenkomponenten für die Endmontage vor
• Du führst den Aktivteil mit der Krananlage in den Kessel ein und richtest ihn nach Vorgabe exakt aus
• Du montierst Baugruppen wie Deckel, Dome, Durchführungen, Ausdehnungsgefäße und Rohrleitungen
• Du bereitest Vakuumprozesse sowie Ölbewegungen fachgerecht vor
• Nach erfolgter Prüfung übernimmst du die Demontage von Komponenten
• Du machst Schwerlastteile und weitere Bauteile für den Versand fertig – inklusive Ladungssicherung
• Du transportierst Transformatoren und Komponenten sicher mit Luftkissen, Kran oder Stapler
• Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse, z. B. über Kontrollkarten

Dein Profil

• Du hast Deine Facharbeiterausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealweise im Bereich Metallverarbeitung
• Du bist vertraut mit der Arbeit mit technischen Zeichnungen
• Du bist teamfähig, arbeitest präzise und hast ein hohes Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Du bist es gewohnt im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten bzw. bist hierzu bereit (3-Schicht)
• Eine Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen, Staplern und Hubarbeitsbühnen ist von Vorteil
• Du bist mit Arbeiten in der Höhe vertraut und gehst sicher damit um
