Future School Hours & Flexible Work Opportunities

At Aurelia Metals, we are committed to creating opportunities that support both our growing business and the Cobar community.

We are currently exploring interest infuture school-hours and flexible work opportunities based in Cobar (9:00am–3:00pm) based at our Peak operation. This Expression of Interest will help us understand the availability, skills and preferences within our local community as we plan for future workforce needs.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people who may be:

• Looking for work that aligns with school hours

• Returning to the workforce

• Seeking a career change

• Interested in part-time or flexible employment

• Keen to explore opportunities in the mining industry

No mining experience is required. We welcome Expressions of Interest from people of all backgrounds and experience levels.

As part of your application, you will be asked a few short questions about your availability and areas of interest, including whether you would prefersurface, underground, or either type of work.

While this is not a current vacancy, your response will help us better understand local interest and may lead to future opportunities as they become available.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must live in Cobar

• Must have valid work rights in Australia (PR or Australian Citizen)

• Must have drivers license
