Employee Relations Partner, Remote

TheEmployee Relations Partner works in close partnership with the People Partner and the Legal teams on a variety of employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, conflict resolution, and investigations to ensure the right balance of risk mitigation, fairness, and consistency is delivered and utilizes sound judgement, grounded in ER principles and based on past precedent and ensuring fairness and consistency, while maintaining Aledade’s culture.
