- Lead and manage all electrical project activities from design review through construction and handover.
- Oversee MV/LV power distribution, substations, transformers, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV interface systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and safety performance.
- Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and commissioning plans.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
- Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise developments.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
