• Supporting Digital Implementation with Minimal Disruption
  Help ensure smooth digital adoption across manufacturing operations, while minimizing impact on day-to-day processes.
• Assisting in Technology Integration
  Work closely with teams to support the integration of new technologies into existing legacy systems.
• Contributing to Change Management Efforts
  Collaborate with stakeholders to promote acceptance of new tools and processes, especially among those less familiar with digital systems.
• Keeping Up with Technological Trends
  Stay informed about emerging technologies and assist in evaluating their relevance to the manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of aDiploma inEngineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working in amanufacturing environment or withIT/OT systems integration is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, databases, APIs, system integration, and manufacturing technology.

• A solidtechnical foundation and curiosity to learn new systems.
• Basic project coordination skills – able to stay organized and support ongoing initiatives.
• Good communication and teamwork – comfortable working with people from different departments and backgrounds.
