Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilledDigital Product Specialist to join our innovative digital team.

You will play a key role in optimizing digital product offerings and enhancing the customer experience through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Verify and validate healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure platform credibility.
  • Maintain high accuracy and quality of user data through regular checks and updates.
  • Communicate with users, including doctors, to confirm and complete required information.
  • Manage user inquiries across Medsulto and digital channels in a timely manner.
  • Resolve user issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.
  • Track platform usage, growth, and engagement metrics and generate reports.
  • Utilize digital and AI tools to enhance workflows, support engagement activities, and improve overall efficiency.
     

• • 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Digitally savvy with familiarity in online tools (AI knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
