Job summary
Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.
Your role in our mission:
- Preparation of highly sensitive documents - removing staples, gluing torn pages, maintain document order
- Assigning document types to different stack structures.
- Separating documents after identifying specific features.
- Scanning documents, operating high-performance scanners and visually checking image quality according to work instructions
- Checking, labelling and archiving processed stacks Searching for requested documents and sending them for further processing
Valued skills and experience:
- Very good comprehension and organizational talent
- Independent, precise way of working
- Experience with high-performance scanners desired
- Reliable, flexible, able to work in a team and communicate
- Trustworthy handling of customer data
- High quality awareness and consistent performance
- PC skills advantageous
- Languages: knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English would be an advantage
