Customer Service Representative (Norwegian)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for theirBenalmádena office. 

Position: Customer Service Representative / Online Bank Advisor

Location: Benalmádena, Spain

Work model: Hybrid (after trial)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking banking customers

• Handle enquiries relating to customer accounts and banking services

• Assist customers with the use of online and digital banking services

• Resolve account, payment and transaction-related issues

• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding banking services

• Handle financial and customer information accurately and confidentially

• Use transaction-processing and credit-assessment systems

• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Norwegian (C2) both verbal and written. Sound command in English (B2+ level)

• Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good attention to detail when handling financial information

• Comfortable working with digital systems and software

• Ability to handle account, payment and transaction-related enquiries

• Professional and responsible approach when handling sensitive customer information

• Willingness to work on-site in Benalmádena.
