Construction Project Manager

TheProject Managermanages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation, including the accuracy of measuring windows.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm order of the custom windows
• Responsible for communicating the agreement between company and customerIdentifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful problem solving abilities
• Highly evolved customer service skills
• Top notch customer service skills
