Construction Cleaner

We are currently seeking aConstruction Cleaners to prepare newly built or renovated homes for final delivery and homeowner move-in. This role focuses ondetailed cleaning, debris removal, and final preparation of residential properties after construction is completed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in newly built homes and residential construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Performfinal cleaning of newly constructed or remodeled homes
• Remove construction dust, debris, packaging, and leftover materials
• Cleanfloors, baseboards, windows, cabinets, countertops, and appliances
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces throughout the home
• Clean interior glass, mirrors, and fixtures
• Prepare homes forfinal walkthroughs and homeowner move-ins
• Ensure homes meethigh cleanliness standards for client turnover
• Assist with light tasks such asremoving stickers, protective coverings, and paint overspray
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report any damages or issues found during cleaning

• Previousconstruction cleaning, residential cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability tolift up to 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout homes for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work independently or with a small team
• Must follow job site safety guidelines
