Job Overview
Support the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function through development and implementation for all recruiting programs in a group of assigned business unit/departments within clinical, across various LATAM countries, with focus on Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.  

Essential Functions

• Manage theend‑to‑end recruitment process for clinical roles, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing strategy definition, talent mapping, screening, competency‑based interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

• Develop effectivejob postings and execute targeted sourcing across multiple channels, leveraging Boolean search, social platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.

• Build and maintain strong external pipelines by participating inearly‑talent initiatives, such as career fairs, university events, and partnerships with academic institutions.

• Contribute totalent branding efforts, supporting content creation andsocial media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with clinical talent.

• Act as aTA advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent market trends, availability, compensation benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and best practices in interviewing and selection.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with global and local hiring policies, ATS requirements, and DE&I guidelines.

• Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support salary recommendations, internal equity considerations, and smooth offer processes.

• Awareness ofmarket trends, with the ability to translate insights into recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or simil.

• 4years of job experience in a Talent Acquisition, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. **Previous experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research industry will be highly valued.

• Excellent verbal and writtenEnglishcommunication skills are required, as interactions with Hiring Managers are conducted in English.

• Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office and digital tools (Workdayor similar ATS are a plus).

• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong problem‑solving skills.

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

• Good understanding of local employment legislation and compliance throughout the hiring process.
