Who We’re Looking For
We are seekingenthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individuals with ABA experience orCertified Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs) to providedirect behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings.
As part of our collaborative team, you will help individuals developessential life skills through engaging, play-based learning approaches.

What You’ll Do
- Provide1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings
- Collect and recorddata on client progress
- Supportcommunication systems such as AAC and PECS for non-verbal or emerging-verbal clients
- Collaborate with theclinical team to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Communicate effectively withclients, families, and team members
- Respond tochallenging behaviors using supportive ABA strategies
- Participate inteam meetings and ongoing training
- Supportdaily living skills, including toileting, hygiene, and self-care routines using structured ABA strategies to promote independence
Qualifications
- CurrentCBT or RBT certification, or equivalent ABA experience
- High School Diploma or higher
- Experience working withchildren (professional or personal)
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability tolift and assist clients when needed
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
- Excellentinterpersonal skills and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Availability to workM–F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience as aTeacher Aide, Paraeducator, DSP, or Respite Worker
- Individuals passionate aboutdisability advocacy and person-centered care
