About the role
We are expanding our LATAM near‑shore team to support US pharmaceutical clients and are looking forBusiness Process Senior Analyst – Managed Services (US Pharma) to join our growing organization.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background inUS pharmaceutical managed care, government pricing, and gross‑to‑net calculations, who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and want to be part of a long‑term, scalable delivery model.
Key responsibilities
Performcomplex rebate calculations related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.
Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it intoaccurate, client‑ready deliverables.
Ensure high levels ofaccuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across all assigned work.
Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with consistency and attention to detail.
Supportclient‑facing interactions, including responding to questions and explaining analyses when required.
Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.
Use internal calculation tools andadvanced Excel to support analysis and reporting.
Required experience & skills
US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
Managed care
Medicaid
Government pricing
Gross‑to‑net calculations
Proven experience handlingcomplex rebate calculations.
Advanced Excel skills (required).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
Clear and professionalwritten and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in afast‑paced, production‑driven environment with recurring deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience working forpharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharma clients.
Experience withModel N or similar proprietary / competitor pricing tools.
Prior client‑facing or stakeholder‑management experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
