Compassion is looking for aBusiness Development Specialist (Grants Acquisition) to support institutional grant acquisition efforts across Asia. This role will partner closely with national office teams to identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities, with a strong focus onU.S. Government and other institutional grants.

What you'll do:

✅ Lead and support grant-seeking pursuits across assigned countries in Asia
✅ Identify and assess institutional funding opportunities
✅ Collaborate with Finance, M&E, Program Support, People & Culture, and National Leadership teams
✅ Build strategic partnerships that advance Compassion's mission and impact

✅ Support Asia Region

What we're looking for:

✔ Experience withU.S. Government grants (required)
✔ Background in grant acquisition, proposal development, or business development
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Ability to work onsite in the Philippines National Office
✔ Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cultures
