What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, high-energy work.You’ll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!

• Crew-first mentality.We support each other, have everyone’s back, and get the job done—together.

• Weather-ready.Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine—we’ve got Dutch gear to help!

• Some heavy lifting.You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).

• Reliability.You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

• Training & Development.We’ll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Compensation: Make up to $23.00 per hour

Compensation includes an average tip of $3.00 per hour.What we strive for: a fun environment, great co-workers, and a chance to make a difference in your community. What we don't guarantee: tip averages. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2024 reporting.

 Note: A Food Handler Permit or Certificationis required based on state/local regulations.
