JOB SUMMARY

Strong working knowledge ofAC induction motors,controls, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems,start-up,andtroubleshooting andbe abletodemonstratestrong safetyleadership skills and follow safework practices.

Pay Range: $22 - $31.20

YOUR IMPACT

Programmable logic/automation controllers, human-machine interfaces, hardware, and associated programminglanguages(Ladder Logic, FBD, SFC, StructuredText). Computer/device  networking  using  standard  protocols  (Ethernet/IP,  Devicenet,  Modbus,  Hart,DH+/485, ASCII). Demonstratestrong safety leadership skills and follow safework practices. Work aspartof ateamtoplanand conduct equipment repairs. Conduct routineaudits and equipment inspections. Maintain open and professional line of communicationwith operations. Respondto unplanned/emergency workrequestsin a timely &effective manner. Follow safety procedures and good manufacturing practices. Ability to workindependently. Additional duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICIATIONS

• High School Diploma / GEDand completionof a formal trades training program or an equivalent number ofyears of education and maintenance experience.
• 2 ormore  years  industrial maintenance experience including comprehensive knowledge  in thefollowing areas:
  • Electricity & motorcontrols o  Controls & instrumentation o  PLC/software & hardware o   Pneumatics & Hydraulics o   Mechanical systems
  • Predictive maintenance
  • Maintenance Planning
  • Systemanalysis & troubleshooting

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic computer skills
• Certification or degreein mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance and/or related technical course.
• Strong knowledge ofAC induction motors,controls, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, start-upand troubleshooting
• Platformsinclude; Rockwell Automation, Siemens,GE, Horner, Opto22
