We are looking for aAtlassian Cloud Administration, in Mexico, with 2-4 years of experience.

Key responsabilities:

  1. Atlassian Cloud Administration

  • Administer and maintainJira Software Cloud andConfluence Cloud configurations.

  • Configure workflows, issue types, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.

  • Maintain and administerpermission groups aligned with governance and project needs.

  • Ensure consistent application of SDLC workflow and naming standards.

  1. AI Enablement & Support

  • Enable and support the use ofRovo AI andAtlassian Intelligence across Jira and Confluence.

  • Assist users with AI-assisted features such as summarization, search enhancements, suggestions, and smart automation.

  • Support rollouts of new AI capabilities by preparing configurations, validating impacts, and helping teams adopt AI tools.

  • Ensure AI-powered features are used in alignment with established SDLC processes and governance.

  • Identify basic workflow improvements that can leverage AI-assisted automation and partner with the Senior Manager for strategic evaluation.

  1. SDLC Tooling Support

  • Provide administration support forPhoenix Incident Management (basic configuration and usage support).

  • Provide administration support forDX (workspace presence, team connections, correct tool mapping).

  • AdministerTempo Timesheets at a foundational level.

  • AdministerJira add-ons and maintain their configuration integrity.

  1. Integrations, APIs & Automation

  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Jira, Confluence, CircleCI, Phoenix, DX, GitHub/GitLab, and other SDLC tools.

  • Manage REST API integrations and webhook connections across tools (required skill).

  • Troubleshoot automation rules, workflows, and sync issues across connected systems.

  • Ensure integration reliability and correct data flow throughout the SDLC ecosystem.

  1. Governance, Compliance & Audit Reviews

  • Implement governance standards — workflow templates, permission models, naming conventions, and automation patterns.

  • Conduct regular audit reviews of SDLC tools to ensure proper usage, compliance, and alignment with governance standards.

  • Identify misconfigurations or misuse and partner with teams to correct deviations.

  • Maintain platform hygiene by cleaning up unused workflows, schemes, custom fields, projects, and permission groups.

  1. Technical Support & Liaison Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, permission group, and integration issues.

  • Act as aliaison to Global Technology for escalations involving identity, infrastructure, or vendor interactions.

  • Maintain documentation, admin guides, configuration standards, and support materials.

  • Assist intraining and onboarding teams on tools, AI features, and workflows.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

  • 2–4+ years administeringAtlassian Cloud (Jira Software + Confluence).

  • Experience administering Jira add-ons and managing add-on configuration.

  • Experience withbasic administration ofTempo Timesheets

  • Strong experience with REST APIs and webhook management across SDLC tools.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD or developer tool integrations (CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab).

  • Ability to support AI-assisted features (Rovo AI, Atlassian Intelligence) at a usage and implementation level.

  • Understanding of Agile SDLC workflows and tooling impacts.

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Experience performing tooling audits and managing permission group structures.

Nice to Have

  • Basic administration ofPhoenix Incident Management, orDX.

  • Atlassian Administrator Certification (ACP-620 or ACP-420).
