We are seeking anAssociate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to joinSaudi Aramco – SMP in Dhahran.

This opportunity is ideal for Saudi professionals with3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation within a corporate environment.

• Bachelor's degree inEducation, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge ofadult learning theory and instructional design models such asADDIE and SAM.
• Experience inprogram evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such asArticulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to design and developinteractive learning content.
• Experience inproject management and handling projects independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred.
