As an Assembly Operator, you will carry out assembly and maintenance activities in our facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing area of our business. Be part of something truly unique!
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for:
· Adhering to all applicable EHS rules/regulations and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions. Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering.
· Performing valve assembly processes in accordance with relevant work instructions, including Rewind, Tapeline, Packager, Tape/Braider, Magline, Plastic Extruder, and PCP Injection operations.
· Setting up, monitoring, and operating related equipment, as well as monitoring and adjusting machine settings, and calibrating and maintaining assembly tools.
· Completing assigned work on schedule while ensuring that product quality standards are consistently met.
· Handling material movements and machine loading activities within the operating area.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a high school diploma, technical school certificate, or above; an associate degree is an advantage.
· Welcome fresh graduates or experienced candidates; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Have a mechanical-related background; prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
· Have experience in the valve industry, which would be considered an advantage.
· Have basic communication skills in English. Fluent Chinese communication skills.
