Littelfuse is seekingahighly motivatedperson to join the Industrial Circuit Protection Engineering team as anApplication Engineer.Reportingto the Application Engineering Manager, the Application Engineeris responsible forproviding application support toboth internal andexternalcustomers.

The candidate will be viewed as a subject matter expert when it comes to

industrial circuit protection.Candidatesshould be self-motivated, innovative individuals who work well both independently as well as in a team role.

They musthave a good understanding of the industrial electrical market with the ability to transfer this knowledge into design winsat key OEMs and to generate new product ideas.TheApplication Engineerwill supportthe team in providinginnovative and technologically advanced solutions for growing markets such as Battery Energy Storage and Datacenters.The location of this role is flexible but ideally locatedwithinNorthern California or the West Coast.

bestinclasssolutionstokeycustomersingrowingandemergingmarkets
•IdentifytechnologyandcompetitivetrendsinthemarketanddefinetheimpactstoLittelfuse
•Developtechnicalpublicationslikewhitepapers,applicationnotesandguides
•Performfeasibilitystudiestouncovernewproductcapabilitiesandfeatures
•ParticipateinproductstandardandindustrycommitteeslikeUL,NEMA,andIEC

About You::

•Bachelor’sdegreeinElectricalEngineeringorsimilardiscipline
•UnderstandcoreprinciplesofElectricalandEngineeringwiththeabilitytoapplytorealworldapplications
•Flexibleandwillingtoworkwithmultiplefunctionalgroupswithinthecompany
•3-5yearsofpriorjobexperienceintheindustrialelectricalindustry
•ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeProducts
•StrongcommunicationskillsandfluentinEnglish(writtenandverbal)
•Stronganalyticalskillsandhighattentiontodetail
•Driven,self-developer,andeagertomakeachange
•Motivatedtojoinaninternational,fast-pacedenvironment

Preferred:

Salary Range:

$84,400 - $150,280

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
