Job Summary:The AM Restaurant Server provides food and beverage service to guests during breakfast and morning hours, following hotel standards. This role involves takingand delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, andmaintaining a clean, organized dining area. 

Essential Functions and Duties: 

• Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods. 

• Respond to guest requests ina timely, friendly, and efficient manner. 

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system. 

• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly. 

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service. 

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesin accordance with regulations. 

• Ensureserving stationis well-stocked at all times. 

• Perform side work and any other duties asdesignated by the supervisor. 

• Maintain regular attendance andobserve prescribed work, break, and meal periods. 

• Maintainhigh standards of personal appearance and grooming,complying with the dress code.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills: 

• 1+year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards. 

• Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism. 

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred. 

Work Environment: 

• Requires standing and walking for extended periods during shifts. 

• Must be able tolift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs. 

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels typical of a restaurant environment. 

• Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
