The Role

We are looking for anAirlines Partnership Manager to structure and develop our commercial relationships with airlines, in order to create concrete bridges between our student pilots and the professional world.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new commercial partnerships with airlines

You identify, prospect, and negotiate partnership agreements enabling Astonfly to offer airlines:

  • Ab-initio student labeling: selection for hiring of ab-initio airline pilot students training at Astonfly, through a labeling process by the airline at the start of the student's training program.

  • Dedicated, airline-funded training programs: setting up ab-initio airline pilot training pathways designed and financed by the partner airline to train its future pilots.

  • Recruitment of pre-selected pilots: presenting pilot profiles pre-selected by Astonfly for the airline's recruitment campaigns.

Maintain and grow relationships with Astonfly's partner airlines

  • Ensure regular follow-up with existing partners and maintain their satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner airlines throughout the collaboration.

  • Identify opportunities to expand or renew partnership agreements.

  • Monitor recruitment needs and training strategies across the airline industry.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally within the aviation, airline, or training sector.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.

  • Knowledge of the air transport sector and/or airline pilot training is a plus.

  • Autonomous, rigorous, and entrepreneurial mindset, well suited to independent contractor work.

  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Availability for regular domestic and international travel (meetings with partner airlines, industry trade shows, etc.).
