Accountant

1. Inventory Control & Inventory Accounting (20%)

• Manage and review inventory-related accounting and stock flow transactions, includingShipment Inbound-MIRO postings,stock movement review, and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Reconcile inventory and sales data across multiple systems, includingSAP, WinCRM, WinPOS, Bravo, mall reports, and warehouse records, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare and reviewinventory reports such as stock on hand, inventory and sales reports, and finished goods used for other purposes.
• Monitorshortage / damage cases, destruction documentation, and claims follow-up with logistics / regional teams where relevant.

2. Operational Accounting Support (40%)

• Weekly payment preparation, Bank reconciliation
• Whole Sales checking+posting; Sales reconciliation, Month-end invoice issue
• Closing-related finance execution where assigned.
• Assist in checking Sales contract/remittance support and selected invoice issuance processes where relevant to operational accuracy.

3. Internal Control & Compliance (30%)

• Perform and/or support internal control routines related to3-way matching, non-PO transactions, call back controls, contract monitoring, waived quotation monitoring, stock movement cut-off, destruction documentation, and inventory-related evidence files.
• Identify unusual stock movement, data inconsistencies, control gaps, or high-risk transactions and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain records and working files in anaudit-ready andcompliance-focused manner.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination (10%)

Work closely withwarehouse, logistics, brand teams, and finance teammates to ensure correct inbound/outbound processing, stock movements, and timely issue resolution.

1. Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above inAccounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum2 years of relevant working experience in one or more of the following areas:
• • Inventory Accounting
  • AR/AP Accounting
• Strong preference for candidates with experience inRetail, Distribution, Supply Chain, or businesses withcomplex warehouse / stock movement environments.

2. Technical / Hard Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Experience withPower BI is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong practical understanding of majorERP systems such asSAP
• English: Basic/Intermediate communication skills
