Account Manager (Group Level) - (m/f/d) - Remote
from
One Productivity Group is a pan-European consulting and technology group and leading partner of tools such as monday.com, Asana, Airtable, make.com and a leading AI and transformation consultancy. We hold multiple Partner of the Year awards. We're hiring a senior account manager to own the group's most important relationships - the top accounts - and grow them across the whole portfolio.
What the role involves
- Own the crown-jewel accounts across the group - the top revenue-generating customers - not the long tail. These are our largest, most strategic relationships, and they deserve a single senior owner.
- Grow them: retention, expansion, and cross-product opportunity. A monday.com customer that also needs Asana, Airtable, or AI and transformation work is your opening - you sell the group, not one product.
- Be the senior relationship owner and C-level point of contact in these accounts. You lead the strategic conversation; the brand teams deliver.
- Orchestrate across brands without owning delivery. You align leads, consultants, and partner managers around one account plan per account - and hold it together.
- Manage the partnership dimension. Work with the monday.com, Asana, and Airtable partner teams so our top accounts actively strengthen our partner status (Gold, Platinum, Partner of the Year).
- Build the function. Group-level key account management is close to greenfield here - account plans, QBRs, expansion playbooks. You create the structure.
Read this clearly: this is a matrixed role. You will not have direct authority over the brand teams or their P&L. Your influence comes from trust, account insight, and results. If you need a clean chain of command, this role will frustrate you.
What winning looks like (first 6–12 months)
- Map the top per brand and build one prioritised group account plan for each.
- Establish the senior relationship in each - you know the decision-makers, their strategy, and their next twelve months.
- Identify and open cross-brand and cross-platform expansion in the accounts where it genuinely fits.
- Run QBRs and account reviews with the brand leads and partner managers.
- Deliver an agreed expansion and retention number across the portfolio, with a visible contribution to partner status.
What makes you a strong fit
- A senior enterprise or key account management track record. You've grown large, multi-stakeholder accounts and expanded them materially, with numbers to show it.
- Strategic and consultative at C-level. You talk business outcomes and transformation, not features.
- Portfolio and solution selling. You're comfortable spanning multiple products - work management, data platforms, AI - and finding the right fit for each account.
- Politically astute. You earn the right to lead a relationship that an internal lead is protective of, and you make them look good in the process.
- Builder in ambiguity. You create playbooks and structure where none exists, and you don't wait for a process to be handed to you.
- Fluent in German and English, comfortable across a pan-European footprint (DACH, Benelux, UKI, Nordics, France).
- Familiar with the monday.com, Asana, or Airtable ecosystems, or fast to learn - and you understand the economics of consulting and implementation.
- You are AI enthusiast and know how to use AI to your and our advantage.
What makes this role interesting
- You work only with the best. The top relationships across our brands, at senior level, where the strategic and revenue leverage is highest.
- Genuinely cross-platform. monday.com, Asana, Airtable, and AI and transformation under one roof. Very few roles let you sell the full spectrum of modern work.
- Build the function, don't inherit it. Group key account management is yours to define - how OPG grows its crown jewels is your design.
- Direct line to group leadership - the CEO and the managing partners - and to the platform partners themselves.
- Multi-partnership impact. Your results move partner status across several partnerships at once, including Platinum tiers and Partner of the Year.
