ALTEN Mexico as a subsidiary of the ALTEN Group. Currently working with international clients, we are looking forSenior Mechanical Engineers with strong experience inbattery systems, electromechanical product design, and manufacturing support. The main focus is on thesupporting sustaining efforts on the existing product generation (what's shipping at this time to customers). This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, CAD excellence, supplier collaboration, and solving complex mechanical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Convertingshort term Deviations intolong term Engineering Change Orders
• Adjusting drawings per supplier feedback
• Design changes to address field failures or manufacturing inefficiencies 
• Design updates/documentation changes to lower product cost

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Engineering degree:Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace.
• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Experience withbatteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging.
• Strong CAD skills:Onshape, NX, SolidWorks.
• PFMEA, PPAP, DFMexperience
• GD&T Standards (ASME Y14.5) and interpretation
• Advanced English.
