Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, taking ownership of tickets from logging through to resolution.Â
- Assist employees across all departments with IT queries, providing clear, friendly, and timely support.Â
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.Â
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding (account provisioning, hardware setup, access, and deprovisioning) in line with company policy.Â
- Maintain, repair, and upgrade end-user hardware, operating systems, and standard server products.Â
- Support the maintenance of network and computer systems, diagnosing and resolving faults and identifying potential issues before they escalate.Â
- Apply a working knowledge of TCP/IP network infrastructures to connectivity and performance troubleshooting.Â
- Assist with internal and external applications and hardware upgrades.Â
- Create, maintain, and keep up to date clear IT procedures, knowledge-base articles, and technical documentation.Â
- Contribute to improving support processes and the end-user experience.Â
- Liaise with third-party contractors and suppliers for system support and routine maintenance.Â

Essential Skills & Experience
- EQF Level 4 or the equivalent
- Ideally 2 year experience with desktop, system, applications and network support
- LAN / WAN support fundamentals
- Microsoft technologies: Windows 11, Microsoft 365 administration andend-user support
- Exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and Google Workspace
- Ticketing / ITSM tool experience: (e.g., Jira Service Management, or similar)
- Endpoint / MDM basics: Windows Autopilot and Intune enrolment at a user-support level
- Basic identity & access management: password resets, MFA, conditional access basics, account lifecycle in Entra ID
- Remote support tooling: NinjaOne,TeamViewer, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and alignment skills in a multi-language, multi-site work environment
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and partners, locally and remotely
- Ability to work flexible hours and on own initiative, including occasional after-hours support as the business requires
