We are seeking aClient Relationship Associateto join our Abuja team. You will be part of the frontline team responsible for delivering high-quality support and ensuring customers have a seamless experience across all channels. The role involves managing customer interactions, analyzing feedback, and supporting initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention. It is ideal for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within customer success.
As a Client Relationship Associate, you will do the following:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other feedback channels.
- Summarize feedback trends and insights to inform decision-making and improve customer retention strategies.
- Support customer communication efforts by drafting emails, letters, or other correspondence to address inquiries, concerns, or follow-ups.
- Assist in creating targeted communication campaigns to engage customers and reinforce their loyalty.
- Demonstrate selling and negotiation skills to engage with corporate clients and address their needs effectively.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to negotiate contract renewals and upsell additional services or products.
- Assist in managing customer relationships through a CRM system, maintaining accurate records of interactions and customer preferences.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer engagement, monitor satisfaction levels, and identify retention opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute retention initiatives and campaigns effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport, manage multiple customer interactions, and resolve concerns.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Based in Abuja with flexibility to work in a hybrid setup.
