Our client is a growing healthcare technology company that provides digital solutions to healthcare providers across the country. The organization leverages technology to modernize administrative healthcare processes and improve the way patient information is managed and exchanged.
The company is continuing to invest in its technology organization and is looking for a Release Train Program Director to provide leadership across Agile delivery and Release Train Engineer (RTE) functions.

Job Description
We are seeking a Release Train Program Director to lead and coordinate Agile delivery across multiple teams and technology initiatives. This person will operate in an RTE capacity, helping teams stay aligned around priorities, dependencies, releases, and overall program execution.
The Release Train Program Director will partner closely with engineering, product, technology leadership, and other stakeholders to improve delivery processes, remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure teams are effectively executing against broader organizational priorities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience leading Agile programs across multiple technical teams.
• Experience operating as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a similar Agile program leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience coordinating complex technology programs involving multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate program planning, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience identifying and removing delivery roadblocks and managing program-level risks.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, business, and senior leadership teams.

• Experience working within SAFe or another scaled Agile framework.
• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to bring structure and accountability to complex programs while maintaining an Agile environment.
