Position Summary

We are seeking an experiencedRelease Manager to lead end-to-end release planning, governance, coordination, and execution acrossAI Operations and Platform Engineering initiatives.

The Release Manager will oversee the successful deployment ofAI solutions, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, platform services, developer tools, and automation capabilities into production environments while ensuring stability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience inenterprise release management, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud operations, AI/ML deployment lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Release Strategy & Governance

• Define and manage enterprise release management frameworks.
• Establish release calendars, governance processes, approval workflows, and release standards.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate releases across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), product teams, engineering teams, and operations.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Define release management KPIs and operational success metrics.
• Analyze release trends and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Implement release automation and standardization initiatives.
• Support Change Management and Platform Reliability maturity programs.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related activities.
• Communicate release schedules, deployment status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, business operations, support teams, and vendors.
• Prepare executive dashboards and release performance reports.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Release Management, Program Delivery, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT Operations.
• Experience supportingcloud-based platforms, enterprise applications, and infrastructure deployments.
• Demonstrated experience working inAgile and DevOps environments.
• Experience managingmultiple technology teams and vendors.
• Strong release planning, governance, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with production deployments and release readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
