Role Overview:
Provide individual counseling (with the option to lead groups), complete assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a team committed to holistic care.

Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate, professional, and self-motivated
• Skilled in working independently and as part of a team
• Experienced in supporting clients with diverse mental health needs

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or CMFT)
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
