Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for urology and medical devices? As District Manager / KAM Urology at Adcare, you will own your territory end-to-end ā building deep relationships with clinicians, driving revenue growth and educating customers on a focused portfolio of urology solutions. This is a high-autonomy role with direct access to the CEO and real influence over how the business grows.

What You Will Do:
Drive Sales & Revenue
āø Own and grow sales of Adcare's urology portfolio across your district, consistently hitting and exceeding annual targets
āø Develop and execute a strategic territory plan ā covering customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing negotiations, and pipeline management
āø Work closely with the CEO on pricing and margin management to ensure profitability
Build & Nurture Key Relationships
āø Create multiple touchpoints with customers ā from frontline clinicians to procurement leads ā becoming their trusted partner
āø Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key accounts, ensuring Adcare has a strong, lasting presence
āø Lead negotiations and influence decisions at senior clinical and procurement level
Educate & Support Customers
āø Deliver in-service education and product training to ensure optimal use of the portfolio
āø Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot product issues on-site
āø Support the successful launch of new products and clinical concepts in your territory
Manage Intelligence & Reporting
āø Keep your CRM up to date with field activities, opportunity forecasts, and competitor intelligence
āø Share market insights with the broader team to inform strategy and product planning
What We are Looking For:
Experience & Qualifications
āø Minimum 5 years in medical device sales and with a clinical background (e.g. nursing) ā ideally in urology or a related therapeutic area
āø Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role
āø Strong scientific literacy ā comfortable reading clinical papers and discussing evidence with healthcare professionals
āø Experience working with marketing teams to launch new products or clinical concepts
āø Full clean driving licence
Skills & Abilities
āø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ā you build trust quickly and sustain it
āø Confident negotiator, comfortable influencing at clinician and procurement level
āø Strong analytical mindset ā able to turn data and market insights into a compelling sales argument
āø Solid planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a complex territory independently
āø Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
āø Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
