District Manager / KAM Urology - Sweden South/West

from 🌏 Worldwide

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for urology and medical devices? As District Manager / KAM Urology at Adcare, you will own your territory end-to-end — building deep relationships with clinicians, driving revenue growth and educating customers on a focused portfolio of urology solutions. This is a high-autonomy role with direct access to the CEO and real influence over how the business grows.

What We Offer:

At Adcare, you will join a focused, agile team where your contribution is visible and valued. You will have the freedom to shape your territory strategy, direct access to leadership, and the chance to make a real difference to patients in the urology space.

▸ Competitive salary and performance-based bonus

▸ Company car and full field-sales expense package

▸ Direct collaboration with the CEO — your ideas are heard

▸ Autonomy to run your territory as your own business

▸ A growing portfolio of clinically relevant urology products

What You Will Do:

Drive Sales & Revenue

▸ Own and grow sales of Adcare's urology portfolio across your district, consistently hitting and exceeding annual targets

▸ Develop and execute a strategic territory plan — covering customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing negotiations, and pipeline management

▸ Work closely with the CEO on pricing and margin management to ensure profitability

Build & Nurture Key Relationships

▸ Create multiple touchpoints with customers — from frontline clinicians to procurement leads — becoming their trusted partner

▸ Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key accounts, ensuring Adcare has a strong, lasting presence

▸ Lead negotiations and influence decisions at senior clinical and procurement level

Educate & Support Customers

▸ Deliver in-service education and product training to ensure optimal use of the portfolio

▸ Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot product issues on-site

▸ Support the successful launch of new products and clinical concepts in your territory

Manage Intelligence & Reporting

▸ Keep your CRM up to date with field activities, opportunity forecasts, and competitor intelligence

▸ Share market insights with the broader team to inform strategy and product planning

What We are Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications

▸ Minimum 5 years in medical device sales and with a clinical background (e.g. nursing) — ideally in urology or a related therapeutic area

▸ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role

▸ Strong scientific literacy — comfortable reading clinical papers and discussing evidence with healthcare professionals

▸ Experience working with marketing teams to launch new products or clinical concepts

▸ Full clean driving licence

Skills & Abilities

▸ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and sustain it

▸ Confident negotiator, comfortable influencing at clinician and procurement level

▸ Strong analytical mindset — able to turn data and market insights into a compelling sales argument

▸ Solid planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a complex territory independently

▸ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems

▸ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Who You Are:

▸ Self-motivated and proactive — you set your own pace and don't need to be micromanaged

▸ Structured and methodical in how you plan your week and territory

▸ Genuinely customer-focused — you measure success by the outcomes you create for patients and clinicians

▸ Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues
