Job Description:

Job Summary
• Has basic working knowledge of all office functions for CoxHealth Breast Care clinic and is responsible for registering, pre-registering, and scheduling. Interacts with clients and patients in person primarily and some use of the telephone. Busy clinic setting with 100+ patients per day.
Job Requirements
• Education
◦ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience
◦ Preferred: Previous computer experience
• Skills
◦ Word processing knowledge with skills 60-70 WPM or greater
◦ Excellent people and telephone skills
◦ Able to sit for extended periods of time
◦ Tolerance for manning 50+ phone calls per day and 100+ face to face patients
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
