Senior Strategic Project Manager (f/m/x) - remote

We’re looking for aSenior Strategic Project Manager to join our Strategy Team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and People, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation - turning ideas into impact through clear OKRs, scalable project frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• You have2-3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG or Bain).
• You’re experienced in OKRs and project management.
• You arecommercially minded and understand how a business works; you might even have started a business yourself
• You’reAI-literate - familiar with how emerging technologies can support productivity, creativity, and decision-making across business functions.
• You have agrowth mindset and a natural curiosity for thestart-up and scale-up world, eager to learn, explore new topics, and continuously develop new skills.
• You’re astrong connector andcommunicator who aligns diverse stakeholders, fosters collaboration, and drives clarity and momentum across teams.

Location & eligibility:This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

In this role, you’ll drive alignment, growth, and operational excellence while helping the organization leverage emerging technologies, including AI- to boost efficiency, generate insights, and enable smarter ways of working. You will focus specifically on:

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution, developing clear frameworks and communication structures that ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and bring clarity and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Partner with leadership and department heads to prioritize initiatives aligned with company-wide strategic goals, while measuring and communicating results through quantitative and qualitative insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive OKR alignment and execution across departments, helping teams focus on what truly moves the needle.
• Identify and scale new business verticals and categories, building go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance execution, forecasting, and decision-making, while championing AI literacy and digital enablement across the organization to foster curiosity, upskilling, and smarter ways of working.
• Build compelling narratives and business cases to secure buy-in, mobilize teams, and communicate impact.
• Drive business intelligence and competitive insights: leveraging market research, performance data, and cross-functional input to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
