Working closely with merchandising, insights, retail media digital, media and content teams, you'll bring category strategies to life through product launches, seasonal campaigns and retail media programs.

What's involved

  • Develop category marketing strategies and annual campaign plans.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content, retail media, in-store and traditional channels.
  • Use customer insights and performance data to inform decisions and optimise results.
  • Partner with merchandising and planning teams on go-to-market strategies, launches and promotional activity.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets and campaign delivery.
  • Coach and develop two direct reports while fostering a collaborative team environment.

About You

You're an experienced marketer who enjoys combining strategy with execution. You know how to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You bring a collaborative mindset, enjoy solving problems and use insights to create marketing that delivers meaningful results. You're also a supportive leader who takes pride in helping others grow and succeed.

What you'll need

  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or consumer-focused businesses.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Strong understanding of customer insights, campaign measurement and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience across digital, media, content and customer marketing channels.
  • Proven stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Experience leading people and cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline are highly regarded.

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
