This is a full-time fixed-term contract fromOctober 2026 toJanuary 2027.As this is seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility acrosscontract including the Brisbane Tournament.

About the role 

The Premium Experiences Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager, Event Delivery & Premium Sales Manager to deliver the hospitality & VIP requirements for all premium spaces (ensuring exceptional customerservice to all corporate clients during, and in the lead up to the Brisbane International). 

In this role you will: 

• Work closely with Premium Sales Manager and stakeholders to ensure all premium hospitality clientrequirements inclusive of administration are serviced (payments, tickets, event information). 

• Coordinate all player suite visits and media opportunities in premium spaces. 

• OverseePremium Sales administration requirements including premium ticket dispatch, cateringrequirements, event information, marketing collateral, car parking requirements &special requirements. 

• Liaise withappropriate Tennis Australia/Event Catering staffregarding guest service.  

• Assistthe Premium Hospitality Supervisor to ensure successful recruitment, training,communication, accreditation,uniforming and induction of Hospitality volunteer staffing group. 

 
About you 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills  

• Ability to build rapport and engage quickly with adiverse range ofstakeholders 

• Previous experience in a hospitality role within the corporate or VIP area is highly desirable 

• Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgement in complex decision-making and problem solving 

• AcurrentPolice Check andWorking with Children Check(or be willing to obtain) 

• Preparedness to be flexiblein regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with TennisQLD
